The American Heart Association recently published a report about employee resiliency, which is defined as "the ability to withstand, recover and grow in the face of stressors and changing demands."

Show your employees that you're invested in their health and resiliency with workplace wellness programs like on-site yoga and meditation. When you offer work perks that help employees deal with stress, you can positively impact their overall well-being and improve their job performance.
