Breakfast on the go: Blueberry muffin overnight oats

Mix up your breakfast routine with this tasty overnight oats recipe! You can make prep mason jars on Sunday and have a healthy, filling breakfast waiting for you in the fridge throughout the entire work week.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup vanilla yogury

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup water (or almond milk)

2 tablespoon chopped walnuts

 

Combine all of the ingredients -- except the walnuts -- in a mason jar or airtight container. Stir the mixture until it's well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When you're ready to eat your blueberry muffin overnight oats, mix the walnuts in for a delicious crunch.
