How to Get Through Your Monday

Eek... it's Monday again which is dreaded by most (even for myself sometimes), but a challenge to be conquered by others! Are you willing to take the challenge? Here's a thought: take on the week one step (day) at a time. When faced with one of life's challenges, whether it's something I've chosen to get involved in or not, I've been trying to focus on taking "baby steps." By setting smaller, more short term goals for myself, it makes achieving the overall, big, scary goal seem more manageable. I encourage you to take on Monday and focus on simply getting through the end of the day. Before you know it, you will be well on your way to Friday when you can sit back and enjoy another relaxing summer weekend. I promise you, it will make the week go by quicker!
