I love the second half of a yoga class when I can breathe deeper into my stretch. Sometimes (especially in the winter or if I've had a long day) my practice feels stiff at the beginning of class and it takes me a couple sun salutations to really deepen my poses and advance my practice. One of the reasons I practice yoga everyday (or almost everyday) so that I can achieve an even deeper stretch and breath than I did the day before. It's so rewarding to finally master the pose I've been working on or get something new out of a pose I've been practicing now for a while. I'd like to encourage you to do yoga today so that you can do yoga tomorrow and deepen your own stretch and breath. Find your inner yogi and enjoy a daily dose of yoga!
