Coconut Avocado Lime Popsicles

I heard a weather report that this weekend is suppose to be "THE BEST WEEKEND WEATHER OF THE SUMMER!" I think it's about time that us New Englanders get a weekend of some nice weather after the winter we've had and the chilly summer so far! So while you're outside enjoying quality time with friends and family at the beach or pool, prepare some healthy and refreshing popsicles for a snack!

What you'll need:

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup whipped coconut milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 avocados
  • zest of one lime
  • pinch of himalayan sea sale

Directions:

  1. Blend all those yummy ingredients together
  2. Place in a popsicle maker (be sure to stick in your popsicle sticks)
  3. Freeze overnight
  4. Enjoy!
