Hangovers happen, right? Hopefully it’s not a common feeling, as it can be quite uncomfortable, but it’s bound to happen to all of us once in a while. So aside from endless coffee and Advil, what else can you do? Try some yoga! Although you may not exactly be up for a rigorous yoga class, The Yoga Journal provides six simple yoga poses you can do in your own home to help ease the miserable hangover.
