My New Favorite Peanut Butter!

So as it turns out, peanut butter (in moderation) is not actually bad for you! Note: If you’re following a diet, which excludes “fat,” than peanut butter may not be for you; however, this tasty spread is a really great source of fat for those of you on a balanced diet. Now, while I am known for occasionally eating peanut butter right out of the jar, I don’t suggest doing this on the regular, however, I do support a daily serving!

I recently discovered this amazing peanut butter from Trader Joe’s, which offers even more benefits than the traditional jar! Why? Trader Joe’s has added chia seeds and flax seeds to the peanut butter to deliver even more nutrients in a single serving. The best part? It tastes the same as the traditional peanut butter we all know and love!
