How to Become a Morning Person

An article recently posted by Yoga Digest, suggests three simple ways to help waken your mind and push you in the direction of becoming a “morning person.” Since I’m assuming you’re already awake and at work by now, give these a try tomorrow morning when that pesky alarm goes off and kick-start your whole day with a positive mind.
