So it’s a new week and you’re planning out your busy schedule. Work, friends, exercise, meals, and then some – it’s all included. Don’t freak out! Through planning and practice, you’ve made it through a busy week before and you’ll do it again.
You know what’s really important though? LISTENING TO YOUR BODY! If you’re feeling tired, don’t push the extra mile and instead try to get to bed earlier. The next day, you’ll be more rested and can make up that extra mile, maybe even two miles! Heading to yoga? Listen to your breath. Focus on what is going on inside of your body and leave the stressful day outside of the studio. And my favorite… if your body is craving something sweet, INDULGE! I’m not saying to go crazy and eat an entire pint of Ben & Jerry’s, but grab a chocolate or a couple cookies! It’s important to listen to your body and work with it, instead of against it.
