Featured Teacher Friday

Alissa has been an athlete most of her life. Originally a runner, she found her way to the mat after struggling with number of injuries. Although hesitant to try yoga for fear that it would jeopardize her daily calorie burn, she decided to see for herself what all the buzz was about. After her first day in class, Alissa was pleased and surprised to discover that this practice gave her both a cardiovascular workout AND helped her find peace and stillness.
