Egg White Cups

What you'll need:

  • Egg Whites
  • Any veggies you'd like, I used green pepper, orange peppers, onion & bacon which I cooked and crumbled ahead of time


  1. Wash and chop veggies and mix together in large bowl
  2. Scoop about a teaspoon on the vegie mix into each muffin tin
  3. Fill each tin with egg whites
  4. Bake at 350 - can't remember how long so keep an eye on them until they are firm to the touch like muffins

Note for next time - sprinkle with nutritional yeast
