This week a beginner student asked me, "If I can only make it to class once a week but I can practice at home throughout the week, wha should I practice?"
My suggestion was Sun A, for a few reasons:
- This sequence of movements and breath is used in every Vinyasa class
- It is a basic sequence that once learned will be easy to remember
- It builds heat (Tapas) within the body
