Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. 1 stick of butter (or 1 ripe banana)
  2. 1 block of non fat cream cheese
  3. 1 C. Powdered sugar (or if you go the banana route only 1/4 C. powdered sugar)
  4. 1 t. vanilla extract
  5. Whip together ingredients

*I tried making the frosting 2 different ways, the first was sugarry and buttery the second was trying to be a bit more healthy. Both came out tasting great! The regular way came out perfect - light, fluffy, sweet and sticky. The second came out great too except it had a distinct banana taste that even adding more vanilla coulnd't cover but I love banana so I really didn't mind it. It also came out a little bit less sticky, so I think the next time I won't beat it as much. Either that or maybe i'll try swapping part of the sugar with honey, maybe that'll help with the stick.

**You won't use all of the frosting for the cake mix, just swirl in as much as you like with a knife, serve with graham crackers and WALA!
