- 1/2 box of Red Velvet Dry Cake Mix
- 2 C Non-fat cool whip
- 1/2 C Skim Milk
- Mix all ingredients
*It's hard to count calories for dips because obv. you're not going to sit down with the whole thing and devoour it - so I like to say that it'd feed 50.
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 stick of butter (or 1 ripe banana)
- 1 block of non fat cream cheese
- 1 C. Powdered sugar (or if you go the banana route only 1/4 C. powdered sugar)
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- Whip together ingredients
*I tried making the frosting 2 different ways, the first was sugarry and buttery the second was trying to be a bit more healthy. Both came out tasting great! The regular way came out perfect - light, fluffy, sweet and sticky. The second came out great too except it had a distinct banana taste that even adding more vanilla coulnd't cover but I love banana so I really didn't mind it. It also came out a little bit less sticky, so I think the next time I won't beat it as much. Either that or maybe i'll try swapping part of the sugar with honey, maybe that'll help with the stick.
