What you'll need:
Buckwheat Soba Noodles
1 lb. shrimp peeled and deveined
1/2 C. Olive Oil
4 T. Honey
Juice of 2 lime
4 Cloves of garlic, crushed
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkle of pepper
Sprinkle of crushed red pepper
Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag and marinate for at least 30 minutes
While marinating, cook Soba noodles following the directions ont the box - I only used half the noddles int he box
Cook shrimp in non-stick skillet until pink, add in any veggies you like (onions & peppers), lastly add in soba noodles
Mix and enjoy!
