Gluten Free/Dairy Free/Sugar Free Apple Crisp

What you'll need:

  • 5 Apples
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Coconut Flour
  • Coconut Crystals
  • Coconut Oil
  • Himalayan Salt
  • Pure Vanilla extract
  • Almonds
  • Honey

Directions:

Apple Mix:

  1. Peel and Slice all 5 apples
  2. 1 t. Cinnamon
  3. 2 T. Coconut crystals
  4. 2 T. Coconut Flour
  5. Mix in a large bowl
  6. Spread a thin layer of coconut oil on the inside of the pan
  7. Layer into a 13in pie plate

Topping:

  1. 1 C. crushed almonds or whatever nut you want
  2. 1 t. Pure Vanilla extract
  3. 1/2 t. cinnamon
  4. 1/4 C. Coconut crystals
  5. 1 T. Coconut oil
  6. 1 T. Honey
  7. Mix in a bowl
  8. Lay on top of apple mix
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 min.
