Garlic Pepper Chicken with Brown Rice & Spinach

Since we just made the Garlic Pepper Chicken, I thought it best to post a way to make it into a full meal.

What you'll need:

  • The Garlic Pepper Chicken from yesterdays post (2 bags or about 16 oz)

  • 1 bag of frozen chopped spinach (8-16 oz)

  • 1 bag of brown rice

  • Duck Sauce

  • Ground chili pepper


  1. Throw the frozen chicken and the frozen spinach into a skillet - make sure chicken cooks all the way through)

  2. In another, pan cook the brown rice (follow directions from the rice box)

  3. When rice is finished cooking add to skillet with chicken and spinach

  4. In a small pot heat 4 tbsp of duck sauce and sprinkle with chili powder (to taste)

  5. Options: If you are on the go like I usually am - use microwave directions for the rice, andheat duck sauce in a dish in the microwave
