Breakfast Avocado

What you'll need:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 Eggs
  • Any type of cheese you like ( I used Feta)
  • Pan (miniature if possible)

Directions:

  1. Cut avocado in half
  2. Remove pit
  3. Fit into small pan (the tighter the fit the better because then it wont spill over)
  4. Crack 1 egg into each half (white yolk will probably spill over)
  5. Top with cheese of choice
  6. Bake at 350 degrees until egg white is cooked (45 min)
  7. Salt and pepper to taste

Calorie Count: 

  • Whole Avocaod = 422 calories
  • Half Avocado = 211 calories

This came out sooooo good!
