Bangin Shrimp

This is not my usual "Try to be healthy" type recipe.  This is my "you've worked hard all week, go ahead and indulge" type recipe.  Lets save this one for the weekend!

What you'll need:

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled & deveined


  • 1/2 C. Mayo
  • 4 t. Chilli Garlic Sauce
  • 1 t. Granulated sugar
  • 1 t. Rice Vinegar

Egg Mixture:

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 C. Milk


  • 1/2 C. Flour
  • 1/2 C. Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 t. Salt
  • 1/2 t. black pepper
  • 1/4 t. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 t. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t. dried basil

For Frying

  • 8 C. Vegetable Oil


  1. For each section; Breading, Sauce & egg mixture - add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix together
  2. Individually, dunk shrimp into breading mixture, then egg mixture and then back into the breading mixture
  3. Place coated shrimp on a plate and into the fridge
  4. Heat oil in a pan, when hot drop shrimp in (one or two at a time) until golden broown
  5. Remove from oil and let dry on a rack or paper towel
  6. Coat sauce on shrimp
