Avocado Pasta Sauce

What you'll need:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 t. Salt
  • About 10 leaves Basil
  • 4 t. Olive Oil
  • 3 t. Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. In a blender mix all of the ingredients
  2. Put on top of hot pasta
  3. top with extra pepper to taste

Put over something other than pasta, maybe spaghetti squash, and EAT RAW!
