Pre-Thanksgiving Day Meal

Pre-Thanksgiving Day meal.  I wish I could take credit for this but I can only take it for the squash.  The stuffed thanksgiving pork chop was pre-stuffed at the Golden Goose and delicious!  The pumpkin butternut squash on the other hand was all me!

 

What you'll need:

  • Butternut squash, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Can of pumpkin
  • Agave or Maple Syrup
  • Cinnamon & Nutmeg

 

Directions:

  1. Boil butternut squash until soft
  2. Drain and mash together with pumpkin
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and agave to taste
