No Mayo Chicken Salad

This came out SO SO Yummy!

  • 2 cans of white meat chicken - drained
  • 1/4 red onion (to taste) - chopped
  • 2 avocados - creamed
  • Handful of dried cranberries
  • handful of shelled pecans - chopped
  • 2 stalks of celery - chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
