Skinny Spinach Dip

What you'll need:

  • 10 oz package of frozen spinach
  • 1 small can of water chestnuts
  • 16 oz of 1% no salt added cottage cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dry mix

Directions:

  1. Defrost spinach, ring out excess water & chop
  2. Drain water chestnuts and chop
  3. Blend cottage cheese and ranch mix in a blender until smooth
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  5. Chill at least 1 hour before serving
