We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to work as an Independent Contractor. This opportunity has no set hours, no salary or benefits, and is strictly commission only. You will use your skills and talent to develop a book of business with generous commissions and a growing residual income.
Build project pipeline through cold calling, email marketing, follow-up calls, and networking.
Data research to create lead lists of prospective corporate accounts in your territory.
Attend Human Resource events & exhibits in your city to represent the Company’s mission and capabilities, and meet your prospective customers.
Possess the drive & determination necessary to call on 10+ companies daily as you grow your prospect pipeline.
Conduct sales conversations directly with prospect company gatekeepers and decision makers
Develop customers by growing a relationship with them from the first conversation; gaining access to the decision-makers, understanding needs, recommending wellness program activity mixes, sending out quotes, following up in a timely manner, and signing them to a master service agreement.
Responsible for reporting all pipeline activity into Company’s CRM software, and attending
Ensure all closed accounts are handed off successfully to the account manager, with all program details successfully communicated and recorded.
Developing close relationship with the Company account manager that customers will be working with; ensuring the customer experience from first touch to close through program start is seamless and exceeds customer expectations.
Maintain relationships with won accounts through quarterly follow-up phone calls and emails. Create upsell opportunities by identifying new needs, and adding additional services to contracts, growing your book of business even further.
Experience and Abilities Required:
1- 2 years Sales Experience in B2B products or services.
Rockstar communication and presentation skills. You must love networking, small talk and schmoozing.
Extremely comfortable learning new software programs for tracking and reporting sales activities.
The ability to build a customer base on your own
Experience with cold calling and tenacity to persevere and access decision makers for positive results.
Gain intimate knowledge of the Company’s products and services to be able to facilitate wellness program planning in real-time with prospects and customers.
Experience in working towards quarterly sales goals, with proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Able to incorporate these efforts on a part-time or full time basis without any conflict of interest.
Have references available to be called on to vouch for past sales track record.
A deep understanding of yoga, meditation, health coaching and healthy living
Experience with the following a plus but not required: Mind/Body Online, ProsperWorks, Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, gmail, google drive
You must have a computer, wi-fi, mobile phone and car
